Q. How long does it take to build a web site?
A. On average it takes 7 to 21 days to design, develop and launch a web site.

Q. How much does it cost me to have a web site built?
A. Prices vary upon the size of the site and the content included. A safe bet for a propperly designed site is $1,000 and up.

Q. Do you build e-commerce (shopping cart) sites?
A. Yes we do. We integrate with PayPal for the most secure and dependable shopping experience for your audience. Prices for e-commerce sites are custom quoted for each client's needs.

Q. Do you take on existing sites for updates?
A. Yes we do. We charge an hourly rate for updates.

Q. What is my role as the client in this process?
A. Beyond the initial in person / on telephone consultation, we will need you to supply us with the necessary materials for your site on an agreed-upon time scale. These materials usually consist of any original artwork you own, logos, content writing, photographs, and sometimes technical text. We will need you to review and comment on the design draft, site development and completed site. It is this process that ensures you get what your business needs and helps us to deliver your project on time.

Q. Who owns the copyright to the web site?
A. After the final payment the client owns the rights to permanent use of the web site design. Any stock photography etc. within the site may not be transferred or re-sold. We hold the right to use any and all projects within our portfolio.

Q. Do you register my domain name? How much does domain registration cost?
A. Yes, ownership remains with you but we will manage the account including required renewals. The first year is included in the site purchase. You will be billed $100 per year after for both domain and hosting services with Blink.

Q. Can you transfer  my existing domain name from a previous account?
A. Yes, we can use your current provider, or transfer to our own services.

Q. Do you provide web hosting? If so, what is the fee for web hosting?
A. Yes, ownership remains with you but we will manage the account including required renewals. The first year is included in the site purchase. You will be billed $100 per year after for both domain and hosting services with Blink.

Q. How long do video projects take?
A. Depends on the type of video project. Commercials on average take 7 - 21 days to complete. Larger projects can obviously go beyond that.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Depends on the type of video project. Television commercials typically start at about $1,000 and up.

Q. What file types do I get?
A. Television commercials include 4 exported miniDV or DVDs for syndication stations. Web commercials include a digital .H264 file for online streaming.

Q. Can you edit with previously recorded content?
A. It is possible for us to edit with previously recorded content depending on the format provided to us. We avoid using previously recorded content if possible, and always suggest footage recorded by us for video quality and format consistency. 

Q. What is my role as the client in this process?
A. Beyond the initial in person / on telephone consultation, we will need you to supply us with the necessary materials for your project on an agreed-upon time scale. These materials usually consist of any original artwork you own, logos, photographs, and occasionally previously recorded footage. We will need you to review and comment on the draft and completed video. It is this process that ensures you get what your business needs and helps us to deliver your project on time.

Q. What other fees are there?
A. No other fees are required unless upon request by the client. Other expenses can include extra exported files, additional props, location fees, and additional stock music track fees. Any syndication fees are also under the clients responsibility, we are only the creative end.

Q. How long does it take?
A. Depending on the project, most print projects take between 1 - 7 days.

Q. How much do print services cost?
A. Depending on the project, most range between $100 and $300. This price is for the unique design and the physical prints.

Q. What file types do I get?
A. Depends on the project type. Logos receive both vector and raster file formats. Menus and letter head come in PDF format along with the physical printed files.

Q. What is my role as the client in this process?
A. Beyond the initial in person / on telephone consultation, we will need you to supply us with the necessary materials for your publication on an agreed-upon time scale. These materials usually consist of any original artwork you own, logos, content writing, photographs, and sometimes technical text. We will need you to review and comment on the design draft and completed publication. It is this process that ensures you get what your business needs and helps us to deliver your project on time.

A. After the final payment the client owns the rights to permanent use of the publication. We hold the right to use any and all projects within our portfolio.

Q. What other fees are there?
A. Duplication and printing fees would apply if requested. Also any stock photography if requested.

Q. How long does it take?
A. Most photography projects require less than a week with touch ups. Digital files can be received earlier than the physical prints because they must be sent out to a print facility. 

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Individual packages average around $55 and up. Contact us for event / group prices.

Q. What file types do I get?
A. You will receive physical printed files.

Q. Who owns the copyright to the pictures?
A. We retain ownership of all pictures even after purchase. If you need additional use or services of any prints feel free to contact us for assistance. 

Q. What other fees are there?
A. Only additional services such as digital files and extra prints.
